Client Success Manager (Full-time)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success and Performance Marketing specialist who can analyze data, optimize campaigns, and develop effective client strategies. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while driving maximum results.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support in digital marketing
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar platforms
  • Experience in performance optimization for verticals such as insurance, home improvement, lead generation, finance, or dating
  • Experience using analytics and competitive research tools (spy tools, funnel analysis, dashboards)
  • Strong ability to understand and align client needs with strategic solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret advertising data and dashboards to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with Slack and Metabase for team communication and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client-focused mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels
  • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level is required

Responsibilities:

  • 3+ years of expProvide strategic guidance and ensure high-quality client support across multiple channels (email, chat, calls), resolving issues efficiently and on timeerience in customer success, account management, or client support in digital marketing
  • Analyze account performance and KPIs to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for client education and campaign optimization
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Act as the main escalation point for client issues and manage resolution processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Implement client retention strategies, including identifying at-risk clients and executing proactive initiatives
  • Maintain expert knowledge of platforms, industry trends, and best practices to provide clients with actionable insights
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and teamwork within the Customer Success team and across the company
